Just below is a sworn Affidavit by Jasmine Butt in which she absurdly states that I never mentioned weather related delays.  She also states the blatant untruth that she did not seek "a French drain or additional inspections to the foundation."

Below is an Affidavit from Jerry Tucker stating clearly that Jasmine Butt demanded I pay for Foundation Repairs and Reports.  Additionally, Mr. Tucker swears that demands of  Barron Casteel are unreasonable. When Judge Gary Steel granted the Summary Judgment in favor of the Butts and Barron Casteel, all the Affidavits were irrelevant. I was found "guilty" and forced to pass a defective Title to the Butts.

Below is an Affidavit from Robert Semora, a Contractor, who eventually quit work for me because the Butts and Barron Casteel threatened him with a Lawsuit because he would not work in the rain for me.  He told me he could not warranty his work for these litigious people and their attorney.
