Mission Statement
   The purpose(s) of Stat. Foundation are lawful purposes for which a nonprofit corporation may be formed under the Texas Business Organization Code:

1.  To provide that ALL Texas Citizens are guaranteed by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution That the Government Cannot Take Away a Person's Basic Rights to 'Life, Liberty or Property, Without Due Process of Law.'

2.  To provide that Honest US Citizens Cannot Be Made Unwilling Partners in Malpractice and Barratry.  Then, seeking Indemnity from the Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals (BODA), appointees from The Supreme Court of Texas, be denied FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

3.  To request a FORMAL CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRY:  What percentage of Grievances/Complaints are summarily dismissed by Texas' BODA BEFORE ANY CONTACT is made with victims and alleged offenders?
