My Grievance to the State Bar of Texas and the Appeal to Christine McKeeman, BODA, contained a full copy of DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL. In spite of the fact that the "MOTION" documented in full the Judge's prejudices against me and errors, BODA, has continually REFUSED to assemble a PANEL, AS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO.  To date, neither the judge (or 4 attorneys) are aware that a Grievance has been filed against them!
